With our premium laundry service, you’re in control—choose your pickup date, choose your detergent, and we’ll handle the rest, delivering fresh, clean laundry right to your door within 24 hours!
Cancellation Policy
Card on file will be required to set up monthly service. Pickup & Drop-Off: We offer pickup and drop-off daily from 8 AM - 8 PM for your convenience. Turnaround Time: Clothes will be returned by 8 PM the day after pickup to ensure a fast and efficient service. Payment: Payment is due before clothes are returned—no payment, no fresh laundry! Care & Quality: We treat your clothes with the utmost care, but we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose buttons, weak fabrics). Stain Removal: While we do our best, stain removal is not guaranteed—some stains just refuse to say goodbye! Special Requests: Please inform us of any special detergent preferences or fabric sensitivities at the time of scheduling. We take great care in handling your laundry, but we understand accidents can happen. If an item is damaged due to our washing or drying process, we will reimburse up to 3 times the cost of the service fee for that item, with a maximum claim limit of $50 per order. To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your laundry, and provide photos of the damage. Please note, we cannot be responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions (such as weak fabrics, loose buttons, or previous stains) or items left in pockets (we check, but surprises happen!).
